MMMMMMMMMMM Boiled Peanuts

one of the few good reasons to live in the south. great munchie snack to sit around and eat and eat and eat without getting stuffed full of hydrogenated soybean oil and high fructose syrup. i boiled a pot up last night and added a bunch of pepper in addition to the salt. mmmmmmmmm tasty.

whats up weedwax, ive been around i go on spurts with coming to yahooka. living down south now and not being able to find shit for weed its sometimes depressing coming here and being reminded of the good ol stoned yahooka days.....gotta get back to them days.

dezzy ya gotta start with raw peanuts in the shell not already roasted ones. basically ya just boil them in salty water for like 4 hours and they get soft and plump and nice and salty. tastes a lot better than it sounds. it took me a few months before i decided to try them and once ya have them ya get hooked.

ya can try it with the ones ya got not sure how it will work since they are more than likely already roasted. raw peanuts i mean like straight outta the ground never touched any kind of cooking heat or anything. but id say give it a whirl with what ya got. but if ya didnt already start keep in mind the 4 hour part maybe even longer if ya use already dried roasted peanuts. shits a job but worth it in the end. if your pah loves peanuts ya should order some raw green peanuts online and have them shipped to ya if you cant find them near ya and make him some that would be a cool gesture for you to do for you dad. good luck. let me know how your attempt tonight goes man.

How soft do they get?

nah they can get as soft as you want them but typically like a pea might be accurate but i really havent ate a pea for probably about 15 years. perhaps some might say they are mushy. i cook mine a tad less to let a small amount of crunch still to be found but yeah they get soft the shells just split right open. shits are good i just plowed through a bunch of em mmmmmmm tasty.
