I ended up getting him from a shelter called the Dumb Friends League. He was an abandoned cat, poor guy. I went to a bunch of pet stores as well which i normally wouldn't but a lot of the places around here help out shelters and keep some cats from various shelters so that was cool.

I had no clue that declawing was so bad until I started doing cat research recently, they should just start calling it kitty finger amputation to be more precise. It can leave the cat with some behavioral problems as well, like marking outside of the box because their feet are too sensitive for the kitty litter.

I'm kinda nervous about that part, he's been home with me a while and still nothing in the litterbox. No bad smells are coming from any random corner though so here's hoping.

Cats are freaking awsome! I wanted a Bengal but in Canada, most are $1000+ (and if you want a really good one, they can be around $3500).

Back in March, I adopted my mom's cats who are twins. They're the greatest cats ever just cuz they're so chillz that even people who don't like cats love mine.

This is them both waiting for a cat treat. Poobert is all black, Trina has calico colors.

A close-up of Trina. I was trying to get a picture of her eyes cuz they're almost blue around the pupil but the camera didn't pick it up.

That's my Poobert with his prey (my make-up sponge). He goes into my makeup and steals my muthafucken sponges cuz he likes they way they bounce unpredictably.

I like this shot of Poobert's cheeks. He has nice cheek fur that goes all pointy on the sides. Makes him look regal.

By the way, to those who think about declawing their cats...get SoftPaws instead. I get them for both my cats. They look hilarious (like a manicure) and it keeps them bastards from fucken up my leather furniture.

This little fuck has been having a field day on all the fledgling birds that have hatched in our court. He has been averaging a baby bird a night. The birds that can actually fly peck the shit out of him during the day but he could care less.
