The positioning is complete. I doubt there will be any 'wars' for a while coming from the US. Threats and financial manipulation sure, but no full on military deployment.

The US is ready to deal with China and the other emerging super-powers now for a few years.

Nice article. The way I see it it's one of those articles to calm the peopl down so they shut up. But it's just a article and nothing behind it. I don't think US troops are goign to leave Iraq because they are much to precious on that ground fo the US governement. In my opinion that artic le was jusdt made so that the press has something to write about and the people calm down when they see it saying: Oh finally!
But that's just me
