if you could get cosmetic surgery
Would you take the opportunity, and what would the operation be?
...Wouldn't. Scurred of going under above all other fears (spiders: stupid, being sliced/diced: understandable) and there are many who need necessary surgery and don't have the resources. I have a strong nose and weak rack, but fuck an operation unless my life depends on it. I know a girl a year older than myself who went from sub-A cup (nonexistant) breasts to DD. They do not move, under any circumstances, and they felt like they should be part of a statue while she gave me a hug once. Unusually dramatic change though. I wonder if it's "addictive" in the same way people say getting tattooed is. Has anybody had it or considered a procedure?

I would never get any cosmetic surgeries. I refused to get my broken nose set, and the my tendons fixed. Let alone something as vain as not appreciating my body.
I heard plastic surgery is addictive kind of in a sense loosing weight is. like waking up and being like I am pretty, what else can I get changed to be someone else? Tattoos are more of a needle rush.

Plastic surgery came about as a result of surgeons gaining expertise reconstructing peoples faces and stuff during WW1&2. It became fashionable in Hollywood after WW1 as a gratuitous thing (I mean people getting cosmetic surgery to alter their looks as opposed to to repair injury or cure congenital defects).
I`ve got to say I don`t like the Californian plastic surgery look on women- it makes them all look the same. Breast implants- they can look OK in studio photos or footage but in real life they often just look weird. If people spent more time on making the best of what they`ve got they`d be a lot happier methinks. But that`s the way modern society works- people want to pay for an instant fix so they can conform with media stereotypes. Also if you find yourself unable to pay for maintaining cosmetic surgery it will probably look terrible in ten years time.
