They don't have Whataburger in my area (northern va/d.c.)--we also don't have any Hardee's, Carl's Jr., White Castle, Krystle, Sonic, Church's Chicken, Jack-in-the-Box, Little Caesar, Roy Rogers, In-N-Out or many other fast food places I pass by in the south/midwest/west coast.

Whataburger is pretty good as far as fast food goes, but I swear I feel my arteries clog up when I bite into one of those things.

We used to have a fuddruckers here where I live. It was awesome for a long time. Then suddenly I dunno, maybe new owners or something, but the burgers started sucking ass and then it went out of business.
It's a sad tale. But when it was good it was really, really good.

I love Texas, we have every place that has been mentioned in this thread. :-D Although sometimes it's a bitch deciding where to eat, so many choices. LOL Except for White Castle Kyrstle and Roy Rodgers. never heard of those, except of course for White Castle. I wish I could find one of those around here.

As many fast-food chains introduce healthier fare amid fears of being sued, Hardee’s is bucking the trend, serving up a megaburger with 1,420 calories and 107 grams of fat.
St. Louis-based Hardee’s Food Systems Inc. Monday rolled out its Monster Thickburger — two one-third-pound slabs of Angus beef, four strips of bacon, three slices of cheese and mayonnaise on a buttered sesame seed bun. The sandwich alone sells for $5.49 or $7.09 with a medium fries (520 calories) and soda (about 400 calories). |
