People who make smoking almost feel like a chore.

One of my best friends absolutely loves to party, he's the type of guy that in the future he will either swear off all drugs for the rest of his life and promote sobriety, or he'll be that 50 year old guy that chills with/around younger adults and tries to party with them.

This guy...

Anyway, anytime I'm chillin with him and we're smoking we always have at least a half O. What I hate is after the first bowl he immediately packs a second, then a third and a fourth and so on. He keeps bowls going even after I(or the other people with us) have reached that sort of plateau where no matter how much you smoke you're not gonna get much higher.

And if someone passes up a bowl turn he'll just deride you for being a bitch and shit like that.

I begin to think, after the 3rd or 4th, that I'd rather enjoy this perfect level I'm at, and wait. Therefore we'd save more weed for later when we start to come down, we can smoke another bowl, and wait, then another and so on. But he'll force plow through a half O in 45 minutes to an hour.

It's ridiculous.

There's no reason to smoke when you're already high.

If your tollerance is that high. You shouldn not be smoking.

Well who is paying for the herb? I mean if it's his then fuck it let him smoke it all but if it's like a deal where you both went in on the bag then get your herb out of it and let him smoke his shit. I don't hang out with anyone like that anymore but i've been around people like that and I usually just get annoyed and tell them to chill the fuck out or I leave.

Just mention it straight up one time, just don't be completely obvious in how or when you say it or he'll just see you as being a prick.

Make it obvious that you're good and say something like "Shit man, I'm good right now" and if he says "Why don't you hit some more bowls bitch nigga?" just say "Dude, if you're trying to measure your manhood by how much weed you can smoke you're being retarded and you're wasting weed. Man, just chill out for a bit, I'm high, everyone else is high, let's groove on this viiiiibe maaan"

Make sure you say 'viiiibe maaan' like that to bring back a sense of lightheartedness about your stinging and justified criticism of his excess smoking and he'll at the very least have a clue.

That 'being retarded' part might be harsh too so just improvise on that.

Yeah, I have a friend like this, except he only suggests smoking more if he doesn't have any. It's really fucking awkward and annoying, being the only person with bud when he says, "Man, I really want to smoke some weed right now..." I would never say something like this if I didn't have any, and it pisses me off when others do.
