that reminds me back in the day we used to steal firewood from other peoples campsites at like 3:00AM. fuck paying for wood. kind of an ass move but we targeted people with 23904823904ft trailers so we figured they'd be able to afford buying more in the morning. haha good times.
EDIT: on topic, i no longer have one but def. will pick one up soon if we go camping this year. if not, then next summer...
we use a big toyhauler when we go hunting for a week or 2 at a time. its nice to play xbox/watch dvds/cook dinner on a stove/microwave/have a shower when your out there that long.
usually if im just going up for the weekend offroading/shooting, ill just take out my gear and throw a sleeping bag in the bed of my truck, nothing better than being drunk as a skunk crawling into a sleeping bag staring at the stars.
last time i went camping with some friends and the girls didnt like the idea of not using a tent, so we ended up borrowing my dads 8 person tent and my homies brought a couple tents as well.
