another bomb one is:
-drain some plain or balkan style yoghurt in cheesecloth over a bowl until a lot of the moisture has gone to the bottom of the bowl
- To taste: mix in some honey, minced garlic, cumin, salt and pepper [lots of pepper], and a ton of fresh dill.
i've never measured, but it shouldn't be tough to find the right proportions for you.. i'd say maybe like 2 cloves of garlic, a couple tablespoons of honey, maybe a tsp of the cumin, salt and pepper per 1c of the yoghurt. then adjust from there to suit your tastes..

cincinnati chili is not chili. it's cincy chili.. it's bomb in it's own right though, but it really is it's own animal.
cincy chili over spaghetti and on hot dogs is some good shit though.

aside from the classics (salsa, guacamole, french onion, artichoke etc) i like cheese dip.
1lb velveeta cheese shit w/
[1 can diced green chilis
1 can diced red chilis
1 lb ground breakfast sausage; browned]
or w/ 1 can of w/e kind of chili you like.
brown the sausage while melting the velveeta, stir all the ingredients in and serve with whatever type of chips. i prefer flour tortilla chips, i think tostidos go well with this dip
