Explain this to me
So I'm online trying to buy a bottle of Iceberg vodka, a Canadian vodka that is p much the best ever. Now, I live three hours away from British Columbia, four from Alberta, but shipping and handling from Canada on just one bottle off ebay is 12 bucks.
However, I can get a bottle from Miami, a state almost 20 hours away, with 3 dollars shipping.
WTF
