id only call on a party if it was like 4 am on a sunday and i had already asked them to tone it down a few times. as long as its not being insanely loud im cool with partying all night

I would call the cops if someone was hurt and there was nothing i could do about it.
if that same person was being hurt and couldn't help themself I would throw myself physically in to save them be them dick or not dick, then I would call 911 if they needed medical attention.

Pretty much with turm and maffoo. I'd only call 911 if someone was hurt, someone was ODing, or if I asked them to tone it down at a ridiculous hour and it wasn't taken into consideration(2 strikes and your out).

lol i have been in this situation with ki11as neighbors before. asked then to cool it a time or 2 and got nothin. im pretty sure we just shot a gun off in the backyard and everything got quiet.
