or i was thinking about setting all the computers to porno backgrounds... or put super glue on all the mugs around the store to make them stick to surfaces...

Pretty much. I mean I understand where they are coming from as I wouldn't want some asshole being hopped up on shit and causing himself to be injured, but common sense kinda dictates that it doesn't work that way and then there's the whole aspect of what you do outside of work...

Good friend of mine was installing auto glass for a while, cut his shit open and went to the hospital and got stitched up, without even claiming workmans comp he had to get tested, pissed positive for pot, the doctor asked him "would it surprise you if you tested positive for marijuana" he chuckled and said "nope" and the doc said "okay, because I've got to send this back to your employer and wanted to be sure." Anyway, he got nothing, paid for his trip to the hospital himself and then got fired.

^ unfortunately public welfare is the same.

those who've run out of unemployment have come to the harsh realities of the federal welfare program :

fail a drug test...benefits cut off unless you enter drug treatment.

lying on your application about drug use, will result in charges of attempt to defraud, and cut of of benefits.

fail to show up for what ever job they send you to (like UC used to be.) and you're cut off.

My buddy hurt his shoulder lifting concrete countertops over the summer after high school. He smoked basically the entire summer, too.

Get a screen shot of your monitor, save it to your computer, and then set it as your background. Hide the desktop (control panel or something) before you leave your desk or for the day. Most people will just figure it's something they can't do anything about so just use the start menu (not that anyone knows how to really use that).

To make it even better change the titles of files and folders to something vaguely sexual.
