So I accepted a personal check from someone, and they wrote "sexual favors" on the memo part. Think we'll get arrested if I try to cash it?

One time my ex had to write our dealer a check and on the memo she wrote drugs.
Pretty hilarious I thought, pretty sure he scribbled it out before he cashed it.
