Trip Report: Aspartame
First off, I've been off this drug for almost a year now. I slipped up this morning and here is my experience.
Dosage: 1.5 liters of diet coke
7:30 am - I awake and scramble downstairs to get a drink to remove the taste of ashtray from my mouth, only thing in fridge is a 75% full 2 liter of diet coke. I grab it cuz im dying of thirst and start chugging. Prolly drink a full liter. I bring it upstairs with me.
7:35 am- I've finished the bottle off by now
7:36 am- Back asleep
8:10am - Wake up. Upon waking up I notice I am extremely confused to my whereabouts, I have a splitting headache now and my mind is racing with a million thoughts, all random, I cannot control it.
8:15 - Im walking around my room confused, with a sea of nothingness in my head, but a million half-thoughts at the same time. Getting scared.
8:25 - Sitting at my PC now staring at a blank screen, head is still throbbing in pain, confusion is still prevalent.
8:32 am - In the shower now, trying to cool off. My body temperature has risen, I am still confused, Thoughts are loud in my head now, blocking out any real thought. Headache persists.
9:00 am - Confusion and Headache fading. Returning to baseline.
9:15 am - Leveled off and I feel normal, a little strung out.
I would compare this drug to a light dose of DXM or that confused state you get after the acid starts wearing off. Or when you have been binging on cocaine all night and you finally run out and you're in your room, trying to sleep in bed watching TV.
I wouldn't recommend this drug to anyone, it's harsh and has a lot of ill-effects;

i only read as far as you waking up feeling bad
of course you fucking did, soda dehydrates you
all i know is aspartame breaks down into 3 things... which i don't even remember. the worst one is an insignificant amount. i figure you'd have to ingest a ton of aspartame for it to scew you up. i don't even know whether theres an accumulative effect.
dumbass

Obviously ironic post is obvious.
I had a chuckle. Nice try Rob. Do better next time.
Although I haven't made a decent thread in months.
