ok so how do you change the pixels of a gif image
you see i have a gif image with its pixels like 78 width and 54 heigth
i want to make it 60 and 54 so that i might make it my avatar if any one can help me here it would be greatly appreciated
also when i try and edit it, it becomes a single image afterwards no longer a gif
