Sometimes founders have issues that take them away from their babies, and those who take over run it into the ground. If you don’t keep strict control of a site, all manner of bad things can happen, and I would be so sad if what happened to Yahooka happened here. In the inline marijuana community Yahooka is now the punch line to every joke, and it got that way because of a lack of control and stability. If restrictive registration practices can help bring stability, then I say restrict away, anything’s worth making sure we don’t become another Yahooka.
