Anybody wanna play name that weed?
Hi all.
I have a new plant that's well into flowering. It can't be the strain I bought. The smell, the look, and even the taste of the little leaves is different. I've attached some pics to look at. Pistals are light yellow, plant hardly smells in flower (I am comparing to the blueberry I usually grow) Leaves are huge. Leaves at the bottom of the plant are yellowing now and dying off I think that's just life cycle stuff. The colas are long large and tight together. The buds are frosty. The stems are very thick and there isn't the red stems that I'm used to with BB. Ok, any ideas out there?

What was it supposed to be?
edit: oh blueberry Well it still could be Youre describing the physical traits aka phenotype and that can vary in the same strain.

Thanks Geeno and what a great hope potvinpothead. I doubt that though. Its still the weirdest plant I've grown yet. Very different than the dozen or so bb's. And very different from the Canna Sutra.
Geeno, it's the smell that's got me wired. When I break a stem, leaf or leafet it just smells so different than any of the others, I've done side by side comparisons. I even ate leafets to see. Yep different again. Young cannabis leaves are very tasty I have to say. Well we'll see what happens with it.

hahaha its a mystery plant!
Ummm I have no idea what it is but chances are it will be kick ass and you won't be able to figure it out. There are so many different strains and crosses out there....ughhh Remind me to order salad at your house....hmmmm mj leaves and blue cheese dressing! Nice job Peaceturtle... whatever it is! |

breeze, you are right why does it matter? I am just curious. I ordered seeds, planted them, and most turn out ok, but this monster, it's like Christmas in July.
Mmmm, Pot salad, hold the blue cheese Jenna, if you want I'll wave my hubby's socks over the salad for ya though!
