strain recommendation

i've had some bad grass, ok grass, and great grass over the years. but I have never had the opportunity to sample a KNOWN strain.

for my next grow i want to go with known good seeds (no bagseed). the problem is that I can describe what i'm looking for, but matching the strain has me confused. i've gone through a dozen or so seedbanks pages but the descriptions of the strains make it sound like each and every one is the "perfect" without that much distinction between them...and i know that is not the case. i'd rather hear from fellow tokers than someone trying to sell me their seeds

here is what i want. most important is a *potent* body stone with light or moderate mental effects. i want couchlock something good for chillin with music. (no giggle weed)

i don't really care about yield bc this is for personal use only, i don't sell

grow will be indoors

based on what i've read, it seems like i want an indica strain or at least mostly indica. would white widow be good?

thanks for the suggestions. it looks like white widow is a pretty good choice. i'll see if i can read more about the others too.

i don't have to have the strongest weed out there, but i do want something that has more of a body stone, not a mental trip.

please to not post in all caps, its extremely hard/annoying to read. You say you 'prefer medication', how much do you smoke? what kind of high do you prefer? Mind numbing effects...would that be sativa?

1/2 ounce a week or a1/4 if its good . i have a serious bipolar disorder with a bad case of racing thoughts so i prefer a something that will land me on the couch for a couple of hours unable to move if such a strain exists id sure like to grow it

Any Kush strain will get you on the couch for sure. Also, I have had Serious Seeds White Russian and that is the MOST potent marijuana I have ever tried. My friends and I were STANDING in a circle smoking the russian and after about halfway through the blunts, we had to sit down because standing was not an option.
