20 year old seed ... viable or not... that is the ?????

I have had seeds in freezer for 20 years. These seeds or from Willams Wonder and Skunk 1...some mixed but dominated by WW. Never the less, the ? is are these seeds viable. They have been frozen with "dri-rite" for a score of years. This week I will attempt to raise them from their deep sleep. Stay tuned for the results. By the way has anyone out there tried this and if so what were your results. I think that this is important in preserving strains for prostarity(excuse my spelling no spell check, no time for dictionary)
