back in highschool a kid named oriville (or OD as we call im)

started it by just walking down the halls and yelling it out at the top of his lungs, hed yell it teachers and kids he didnt like.

since then its caught on and is used by everyone and is now considered a swearword at the highschool due to the context its often used in.

occasionally ill be chillin somewhere like on a park bench and a car or crew of kids i dont even recognize will walk by and yell "skkinnnnnnnnnnnnnnn nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnE RRRR!!!!" coupled with a little hand motion.

also see urbandictionary.com though the person who wrote it sounds a little bitter to me
