tiredness- i walk at least 3 miles a day, today ive walked over 8

not being able to fall asleep is an occasional thing for me, some times i can fall asleep fine, some times i just smoke some bud and fall asleep, other times i cant fall asleep no matter what i do. id just like to have something that will make me fall asleep quickly when i need it to.

Hmm, down at the psych ward they tried giving me Benadryl to help me sleep. Benadryl sucks balls.

You have to take high doses of that shit for it to work. Might as well just take a xanax.

I've posted a long story about it before.

They handed me a pill and said it was a benadryl 50...nothing. They gave me another one and all that happened was me punching walls because I was pissed I couldn't sleep, and I was surrounded by crazy people.

Got Seroquel and Cogentin out of the deal though.

I am on 300MG Seroquel and 6 .5mg Cogentin. Cogentin is a muscle relaxer/anti convulsant or whatever. Also downed 2 bottles of DXM infested cough syrup. Anything that stops me from thinking of meth right now is good enough for me.

My stay was a bit less angry then that sounds. They didn't give me anything to sleep though. I don't think I mentioned that I hadn't slept for four days though.

what about if you are awake for 20 hours , then asleep for 12 hours, then awake again for 20 hours and then asleep again for 12 hours and thats gone on year after year and your windows are all cardboarded up and you only go out at nighttime but feel GREAT.

Should I be feeling guilty somehow?
