i get up for work at 230 am.going to sleep at 8pm is always tough especially now that its still sunny and active outside.so here is my favorite sleep aid:

4 guiness,4 xanax,and a small blunt of kb =

4-5 hous of sleep and im golden

note:alcohol+xanax = bad if your not going to bed soon

yea it takes a decent amount for me to pass out at night now too. two days ago i had the doc put me on ambien, works like a charm. im also going for a sleep study on july 27th cuz he thinks i might have sleep apnea

My Lithium gives me a good enough high to almost pass out. Then I take 2mg's of Klonopin to finish it off.

100mg (2 50mg pills - prescribed to take 1) Trazodone and three or four beers on some nights. Traz really knocks me out.

I'm also prescribed 1mg of Ativan. So when I'm taking the traz I skip my dose of Ativan so I can double or tripple up on them later. The Ativans take awhile to knock me out, unlike the traz. That's why I like hoarding the Ativan and taking two, three or even four at a time with a few beers. They give me a good pleasant buzz while the traz just knocks me out.

When I have weed I take none of these. Hopefully I will be getting a sack of the good shit next week. Fucking government makes you take addicting pills as opposed smoking non-addicting herb to get to sleep. I hate my government!
