I've watched a friend working at the one I go to, he writes down all sales on a sheet of paper (they have an old style cash register that isn't computerized) and judging by the tally sheet they stay pretty damn busy each day. By 9pmish they're usually at the bottom of the first page, or onto the second, pretty constant.
Like I said, I'd work at that one, but some of the others I just don't think I could stand the kinds of crowds you get there.
