The other day we had a main water pipe burst in our street so we got cut off the water supply for several hours.
Since I didn't have any bottled water I used the water left in the toilet flush to make some coffee. It all comes out of the same pipe anyway, but your logic is flawed.

All I know for sure is that it's a waste material, and the longer it sits the more it stinks.

^ Bacteria forms but it's not instantaneous or inherent. When you pee it's so sterile you could use to clean out someones wound.

I don't understand your argument really, if the piss goes down the drain how is it going to have time to develop bacteria?
