either 2 eggs over easy on toast with bacon and hashbrowns and sauseges

pauls breakfast sanwich. if i feel like puttin on a few pounds anyway
a chicken breas omelette with your choise of veggies and lots of garlic. topped with bacon ketchup and franks red hot sause . then throw it in a bagel.

I hella like Spam, Rice, and a sunny side up egg with some type of tropical juice.

They sell that at the McDonald's in Hawaii and it's sooooo good, but soooo bad for you.
