17 in hi def wide screen dell lap top with a 2.2 ghz dual core amd, 2 gig or ram, 120gig hd, built in 802.11 a,g,n wireless card. its sweet cause it doubles as my tv when i'm in my bed room.

i have a switch, on the front of my cpu that says "lan - on/off"
but i still have to be hardwired into the back of my laptop!
what gives??ive tried to turn the wireless switch on, but it doesnt connect to the internet unless i have it plugged in the back...hmmm (shrug) and my vaio's sound card sucks, gotta replace it, other than that i'm more than satisfied with its performace...once i got online, (it had been about 3 or 4 years since i was reg. online) i was bombarded w/ all these seekmo programs that infest your cpu, i finally cleaned house, so to speak, now it runs like a charm, even the usb nintendo wifi connection works great! but anyone have any clues about the switch on the front?its a vaoi running dual cpu's t2330 @ 1.6ghrz w/ 2 gigs of ram,....i remember when having 64 megs was alot!!

reset your wireless router other than that i have no idea. i have problems when i leave work. if i put my notebook in sleep mode or hibernate when i leave work it will not pick my home network until i reset the router witch is stupid cause its not the router's fault vista is shitty.

don't have a router, just that proprietary nintendo usb cable.......
