Common sense and my fists. My friends and I got a stun gun we play with sometimes. Hurts a bit but would be terrible for self defense.

you don't have to die to have good karma. Just doing good things is a boost mentally and does create good karma. The superstitions of most religious ideologies though....is a bunch of CRAP to control the masses!
