He only got charged with manslaughter after accepting a plea bargain. 10 years is still a long time though. But of course that pales in comparison to having to live the rest of your life with the guilt of killing your own father.

Hey MIB...yeah, I saw a lot of the news coverage of that incident. It seems to be a pretty sad situation all the way around. Regarding the case, I can't recall seeing another that seemed to be so clearly unpremeditated...see ms as though the guy really just "snapped"...sad.

to bad goalie: as for going to jail over non payment of traffic tickets, id just put it off sayin to myself, "ill pay it next week when i have the $110", then diff shit happens, and next thing you know youve got a warrant, its easy to get warrants over the most minor offenses, 1 day youll have the $, the next you wont, so its easy to go to jail over a traffic ticket, especially when you have warrants and try to pay it...1 time i went in to pay my tickets, and the lady pulls my name up on her CPU, and she says "ok, i gotta get my supervisor to ok it" BAM 2 police officers are standing in front of me saying put your hands behind your back....actually in hindsight, i'm glad i did the 3 or 4 days behind bars and saved myself $300 - $400 ......in vegas, you get credited for $110 a day for being locked up....so if you have a $3,000 warrant (which is easier to get than most think), doing 25 days is much more preferable than payin the duckets....

damn i didn't delete it fast enough...but fuck that's pretty sweet they credit you for spending a day in jail. shit i would just park wherever the fuck i wanted.

to all the confused yahookans out there: i made a post that said "how do you get jail time for traffic tickets?" and then deleted it like 2 seconds later...not fast enough though i suppose.

I feel for you juicy j and you matt on that aspect on growing up and shit. I never caught a case or a charge.

I know a lot of people in some shit for drugs and violence. Some for duis, a couple for weapons. But that is all in my past now and I hope I never will serve time!

i forgot to post that last weeki hadthe flu, and the filipino care worker who worked here gets real bad anxiety, i told her today was not the day to fuck w/ me cuz i felt like death warmed over, anyways, i take a shower, theres no bath mat laid down so i dry myself off, put on my sweats n a tee, go n my room to lay down and be sick..1 hour later i get a knock onmy bedroom door, i say come in, its fucking metro!!(cops) the bitch got so scared of my handicapped ass that she callled the police on me for verbally scaring her (not a crime), anyway i knew the cops from my grampa killing himself the month earlier, and they completely understood, i was sick as shit, and came off on the philipino care worker the wrong way., anyway they said hope you feel better and left, and i have a $100 warrant for poss. of a hypo device they didnt take me in on, thank god....

i used to hang out with this guy that turned from chill skater to stoner to drug dealer. he ended up taking weed on spot from several dealers at once to pay back others that he fucked over. it was around this time that i stopped hanging out with him... i still hear stories from other people how he's constantly getting in shit with the police for doing stupid things.

i have alot of relatives on my moms side that are in prison for drug possesion, theft, and various other charges i have one cousin thats been in prison since he was 18 and hes 27 now.
