Can the human body filter wax out of the bloodstream?

When my dad was younger he was big into hard drugs and he did some IV drug that was originally in pill capsule form with little spheres inside.
The little balls of drugs would have to be melted into the spoon and injected hot so the wax wouldn't harden in the syringe.
He would essentially inject liquid paraffin along with whatever drug was involved into his bloodstream.
This was at the least 25(possibly 30 or more) years ago, is there any way that was filtered out or does he have little bits of wax floating around inside?

I don't know, but I do have graphite stuck in my hand thats been there a good 17 years at least.

In my opinion given the nature of wax I would say either the body ejected it out in stools or it collected in various organs like the Liver, Kidneys, bladder.
