Intent to distribute? The kid probably was doing like me and just growing 10 or so plants to harvest and throw the buds and shwag in the freezer for later PERSONAL ONLY use...I may have a friend over but no one will be buying any off me and no one will be taking any with them. The kid probably was going to do the same thing.
