^Congrats girl! I still can't imagine that kinda off/on craziness.

Today kicks ass because lately I've been trying to teach myself some guitar on my mom's old guitar that she gave me. It sounds so lovely, just a stellar stellar guitar, and I luh it.
But mainly, today kicks ass because I can play my favoritey song so much better than I could at the beginning of the week. [It's a really simple song, I just couldn't seem to time it right wiff singalong time]

mmm. I wish I was a man with a wife and a kid so I could sing that to mah wife. Alas, I am not.

Today is wonderful for many reasons.

1.) I'm having lunch with my mom and my brother in a little over an hour. And I love love love my family, they always bring me so much joy. Plus they are some funny mufuckas, so I know that plenty of laughter will be involved.

2.) A lady who runs a local coffee shop commissioned me to make some things for her. I've already finished her order, now all I have to do is meet up with her. She is awesome because she comes to me every year to have me make christmas presents for her, and I really appreciate the fact that she's more likely to support local artists/businesses than go to a crowded shopping mall and grease the pockets of people who are already very wealthy.

3.) And speaking of presents, I'm all done with my shopping for the year. Meaning all there is left to do is wrap them (which I LOVE doing, I turn it into an art form) and give them away (which I love even more because I totally get my jollies from giving things to people).

I love wrapping too. Summers I work at a candy store/factory, and I have to tie a bajillion little boxes up with a bow on the front in a day. Needless to say, I'm an excellent box & bow tier, so people bring all their shit over for me to wrap/tie.

Well, I raced this dude today on the highway. Wasn't near a cop around or another car. Me in a bmw (what model don't know, but it's a 1994-95 I think) and he was in a '07 Altima. Needless to say I won.

Today kicks ass because after a week of being 10 degrees with snow and shit it was 65! It was an absolutely gorgeous day at the Jersey shore, and I hope everyone had a lovely day.

Hahaha I was the start of the cold snap. That weather came THE day I came back east, and started getting better the day I left, nice to hear its cresting now. When I got back here it was about freezing! That was a relief.

Today kicks as because I am feeling extra present with every minute that ticks by.

Well Thanks.

I'm just being honest and am comfortable being me.

I'm humbled that people see me that way ( being ' precios') , and I never use that for unethical gain.

What I do know about myself is that when I am honest and respond in kind, people being to act that way too. Which encourages me to reach a new level of love and appricitation for that gift of being able to bring out good things in people, and am thankful for the conscious moments I have each day that help me genuinly love my human family. Because I too am learning and changing everyday, And what I am learning is that I can have the power to bring positivity to the surface of people's lives, when I learn to love myself. That is the thing I know about my actions. And have always tried to stay humbled in life about that, gift. Sometimes its okay to recognize that one has a good effect on his brothers and sisters, and that the small things to me are sometimes HUGE for others. Thanks for saying so maybe that is what you were getting at. None the less I accept your offering.

Also uhh...I got good beer today? Really having the window open with the crisp clean winter air while it was 65 out was the highlight of my day, so much so that it erased anything else that may have been good.
