I'm Being Moved to Okinawa Japan
I'm expecting to be there for 3 years or so. I'm wondering if anyone here has been?

I'd like some tips on first things to see and experience.

Because the US has a base in Okinawa?


Should be awesome though.


Edit: Isn't Okinawa basically a series of tiny islands way south of Japan? Should be quiet job anyway.

I'm in the Air Force.

And thanks for all the compliments so far. Me and the wife are very excited to go.

I want to get into scuba diving.
