if you paid through paypal you can send a claim to paypal saying you never got your merchandise. good luck, paypal will either get you your stuff, or else your money.

no! all you have to do is click on the "resolution center" when you are logged into paypal and then click "dispute a transaction" and it will walk you through it.

trust me man, you WILL get your money back. it's easy as hell, there's no reason not to.

edit: not to mention it could help other people who got ripped off from them too if they paid through paypal also.

That sucks It's hard to know what's legit and what's not. I've only ordered from 2 sites and had no problems. I hope you get your stuff or your money. Paypal should deff work with you on the situation!

spanky's totally right

i sold an empty xbox box on ebay once and the guy complained and paypal gave him his money back even though i was completely in the right

i clearly stated you are bidding on an empty box, just a box, and it was under video game accesories, but he bitched to paypal and they gave him his money back.

Gay!

"Thank you for registering your complaint about this transaction. Unfortunately, this type of transaction is not eligible for PayPal dispute resolution. We encourage you to continue to work directly with your seller, as we have found that many misunderstandings reach amicable solutions through communication." -paypal resolution center.

a friend of mine did the same thing with a big screen tv box to germany but they told him not to declare it for taxes so he got to keep the money since they were scared of getting busted for tax fraud.
