What does this girl want?
So i met up outside a Hip Hop club with this girl named Katja (she's a german/russian from Kazahkstan). She's 19 and attractive. So first few times after i got her number she was always busy. Then i called her up becuase I need to score some bud and we hung out and she smoked me up. We hung out a lot the next few days. She was friendly but she told me she prefers blacks guys "but"... Anyways i sent her a text frustrated saying like "so do you see anything in me" She replied with "yeah your cool but u aint the type of man i want" so we still hung out anways smoking. I left for leave for three weeks and she has been calling me. I haven't been trying to score bud she is just interested in how i'm doing. So she doensn't want to associate me only for drugs i ruled that out. I don't even text and she calls me up asking me how i'm doing. Is she having second doubts and thinking maybe she likes me? Or am i just "a friend" that she wants to keep in touch with?

If she is interested in you it doesnt seem to be worth it (going by your story). She wants your attentiuon but doesnt want to give you what you want/give up her power over you.
Of course this is only going by the imnage youve created in your text. She probably doesnt think about it that way either. If you want to keepo being her friend cool. If you don't think your going where you want to, don't keep filling in for her as something your not trying to be and leave. If need be explain that your relationship (friendship or otherwise) is not working out for you. I just don't want to see you strung along is all.

if you don't hook up quickly it probably ain't gonna happen, and if you gain her trust as someone she can talk to she is probably gonna tell you about people she is interested in. and if she is using you for an emotional relationship than she most def banging someone already.
being friends with a chick like that is like interviewing for a job, not getting hired but the company still calls you up to talk about the people they hired instead of you and how bad they suck at doing a job your more than capable of doing.
