by existing. simply put, if you presence here were not valid you wouldn't be here. if your existence feels invalid, that's you impressing a sense of invalidation upon your experience. the fact that you even have the ability to do that attests to the inherent validity of your existence.

Remember that when you cant remember why your living, just live for the sake of it.
I've traveled most of my (relatively short) life on depression road and i know how it feels to question reality. Sometimes you just need to realize that life itself is valuable and many of the things you use to qualify it actually are not.

I imagine you made this thread because you just need to talk to someone. You should take comfort that people you have never even met care enough to want to help. Obviously that speaks of something good in this existence.
