should i feel guilty?

So this guy i work with has been inlove with this girl and they are freinds and its know all around work that he wants to date her and she is well aware of this. well a couple weeks ago i asked for her number and called her and she told me that she had liked me for awhile but didnt think i liked her cuz i never really talked to her. to be quite honest i didnt even think she liked me, i just really wanted to know for sure, thats why i asked. Well they where spose to go out tonight and she broke the news that me and her where together. i honestly didnt think i would care, but i feel bad. Me and him work together sometimes and i have no clue how this is gona effect us at work. Its like one of those bitter sweet deals, cuz i really do like her, shes freakin hott and once we started talkin we have alot in common. I mean what should i say to him? or should i just let him come up to me? i duno, i know i needa go smoke tho.

hmm...well YOU shouldnt feel GUILTY, but yeah of course that sucks and youre gonna feel bad. poor guy. i dont think you sholld say anything to him really, unless he comes to you about it. until then, just try hard not to make it look like youre gloating or rubbing it in his face.

Ok so today i saw him at work, i didnt make much effort to talk to him. Well later he came up to me and said that i could get anyother girl at work and it was messed up that i took the girl that he like, but i told him that it was her choice, if she really wanted to be with him she would have never gave me her number or gone out with me. I told him i was sorry about it, he said, he thought we were friends, but after all that i dont feel as bad, besides i have enough friends, and a fine ass girl too. she was way outta his league anyways, and deep down he knew it. So from now on its lookin towards da future!

I feel bad for him in the sense that his heart has been broken...but realistically, relationships are a two way street. He shouldn't have expected to win her over with relentlessly applied pressure over time. You're either interested in someone or you're not. If I were in his place, obviously I'd be hurt but I wouldn't go bitching at anyone cuz it's petty and if you like someone for the right reasons, a part of you would be happy for them.

I have found my self thinking about this subject more and more lately.

The, treat them like shit and they just keep coming back.

Of course, there's a limit to it, but in a way it works 100%. I have found my self to be really talkative and I can laugh really loud and almost seams like I laugh too much or something along those lines. When I talk to girls casually though, and I'm focusing on something else it shows that you don't care. I mean you kinda have to convince your self not to care no matter how hawt they are. I had this fucking beautiful girl in my chemistry class last year, the whole class knew who she was. Some girl that got hott later in high school, I'm talking like bleach blond, tan blah blah. She didn't do shit, either she wouldn't let me do anything or she would try to make me do everything. I know we both just wanted some, but I ended up completely ignoring her in the long run. I kind of regret it, but I quite honestly don't know what else I could have done. I think she was just waiting for me to kiss her or something, she broke up with her BF of like 3 years after we started talking about relation ships.

But in the end, I never did care and I still don't. I read an article that was talking about how Men show characteristics of not being jealous, and women show the opposite. I thought that was interesting, because I'm pretty sure it's just one of those things that is in the back of your head. It's just something biologically programmed into your mind that, when it happens, it's irresistible to the opposite secks. Any one see where I am coming from?

In regards to the kid who's girl you took, ya snooze ya lose. If she liked him this wouldn't of happened, you can't feel guilty about her decisisons. However, you can feel bad for him.
