getting paranoid?

hey, so guess it's way better to let you know again that I'm not living in USA or in a english speaking country, that's why my writing skills aren't that much good it would be nice if you let me know 'bout my word or grammatic mistakes. so I'd like to share with you guys a rather big "problem" - the paranoia effect. dunno if it's the right word. i'm not the kind of guy who's that much confident at school, I'm calm, a bit shy and yes.. actually I have even without smoking weed signs of a dysfunction... maybe 'cause I'm not so confident I sometimes think that other people are watching me in public places, but if I'm at a party with friends really everything is fine. so here's my problem: i'm more a thin person and I dont have to smoke that much weed to get high or stoned, but I get fucking (sooorry) red eyes, like a vampire.. and I really do look easily stoned.. and I'm getting paranoias again.. I look the whole time around and I think my friends or other ppl are watching at me and make jokes.. do you have the same "problem"? or do you have some idea to fix this? greatings from germany

When I'm worried about my eyes I just put on my yellow lensed sunglasses. That is why I call them my 'sober glasses' . I don't know if I'd call it paranoia, but sometimes I just think it better to have a piece of glass between me and the world for safty

hah yeah thats a good idea, I should buy such "sober glasses", nevertheless I should work on my state, you know, try to give a shit about what the others say, even if it's easy to write it's the best way..

just stop thinking about being high, don't worry about it. I guess that's easier said than done. Just do what you do man. You can't live your life worrying about what some random people think of you, well, I guess you could.. but it would suck ass.

I used to think people were watching me and making jokes and shit like you said, but I came to realize that they probably aren't.. and even if they are, does it really matter?
