I am going away with my wife for the first big vacation we've taken in some time. Last nite I didn't feel really great, my back was sore, but I've also been doing alot of floor stretches where it's easy to push it out alittle, which hadn't been bad to this point, but was still suspect.
Later on it felt kind of full in the adomen. We ate pizza and had coke, wich isn't normal food for us to digest.
Today I didn't feel alot better, but I've been running around getting things.
Well I decided to take my temp just now and it's 101.1 and 101.9 the second time. So I guess I was not just digesting things wrong.
I could use alittle of your good 420 vibes and hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow, when it's time to go. Realistically its an 8 hr car ride and 8 hr ferry ride, so I will have time to rest for sure. But ugh...I don't love the way my head feels right now...
