Anyone have any ideas on this place? I need to get a career path going, and I don't really have any options to go to a brick and mortar college.

I have a personal rep dude who is really nice and i have his direct line and email, and hes helping me out. He doesn't push and he says all the time that it doesn't do anyone any good to push me into school when i can't afford or cant make time to do it.

My main problem now, i live in the middle of the desert, I don't have a car/liscense right now, no savings (depleted after wedding and spending on baby shit) and I need to move at some point. I need a job to save money so that I can move out of her parents house and start my own family, or have some sort of substantial income to provide for my family. And the lack of savings is deterring me from being able to move to Wisconsin again (family, more jobs, cheaper living out there) where it would be easier to find a job. Arg!!

It always all comes down to money, If i had money or a job, I could save to move out of Cali and find my own place at a reasonable amount. ANd im hoping i will get unemployment, but thats not guaranteed yet, but I dont want to be stuck in the desert wasting away my, my wifes and my babys life.

i would save money then go to a community college and transfer to a uni after 2 years.

thats what im doing.

they usually have online classes too. and its alot more transferable than uni of pheonix online classes i bet.

my stepmom was doin that school for a bit. they scammed her over with the tuition. shes doin another online school thats alot cheaper and more at her own pace western governors university

well my situation im looking at i probably won't have to pay a dime for tuition at this time because i have two people that rely on me blah blah blah

and ive been told they are regionally acredited or whatever so it should be transferrable'

awwsuga23, how exactly did they scam her over? and can i get some links/info on that school please? google only does so much

i think that they like mislead her and used the term "per year" with the tuition and they actually meant per credit or semester or something. so they were going to charge her double what she had in mind. um i will ask her for some links when i see me if you would like

the dude told me the cost per credit, the cost for books, and the total cost per year, so im hoping thats not bullshit.

but without the job/income situation figured out, i won't be able to do shit anyways

it buuullshit go to a community college, waaay cheaper, ur rep is trying to sell u a used piece of shit car.

i went to the same kinda school back in montreal with financing and shit and boom 1 years over i got a diplomma that aint worth more then a fucking napkin and im in the hole 13k$
