Regarding the Moving of Topics

I've been noticing that sometimes when I move a topic from this forum into another forum, that the poster decides to delete their topic altogether.

I just want to say that I feel bad sometimes about that. My purpose of moving the threads isn't to be an uncaring asshole but to just move them to where they are a little more suited. I certainly don't want anyone to feel like their topic isn't of importance because of course it is.

What I deem appropriate for Guidance are things of an emotional nature. Problems with parents, mates, friends, depression, things like that. Anything seeking help for basically an emotional issue. Problems with jobs or family members. Things like that. I do let things stay sometimes that are about drugs in a 'how they affect your soul' kind of way because well.... it's all about feelings and shit.

If there is a question more about sexuality, I'll move it there. If the question relates to questions about pot smoking, I'll move it someplace else. It's not really designed to be about how to roll a joint or what the weather's like in Nebraska, how you spent your Saturday night, poetry or those sorts of things.

That being said, please understand that I'm not perfect by any means and sometimes I make mistakes. So please, if you feel like your topic, even though about something that would normally be moved, is so dear to your heart that you would rather it stay in this forum please let me know. Hit me with a P.M or just say at the beginning of your topic if you're discussing something that you would rather stay here. I'll most definitely work with you.

I just don't want anyone to feel like they need to delete their topic if moved or that I don't think their topics are important. They are all important. I'm sorry if I hurt or offended anyone by moving things sometimes. Just trying to do my thang here, that's all.
