Getting Ganja out of my brain

I am an avid potsmoker, and I can function pretty well on a day to day basis. But sometimes, you just want to be sober. For me, it takes more than a day without weed to do that, however. I feel dumber and slower at least two to three days after I stop smoking, and that can be an issue on special occasions, like yesterday when I took the SAT's after only a one day breather.
I like to believe a way to get back to an uninhibited state is to work out a lot and sweat it out, but I don't know if that really even works. What I'm looking for is a way to make my head feel more in touch, but in a way faster than just spending a week without smoking.
Do the same supplements used for passing drug test do this?
How do you get back into action?

go jog 5 miles. like litteraly. fuck do it everyday. just jog a shit load.


i remember i quit smoking for a bit and joined cross country. Yea it hurt soooo fucking bad but that night i was straight. it was awesome. just me again.

i find that the lingering dumbness can be combatted by not smoking (obvious) conciously focusing on the moment (dont let your mind wander aimlessly like when stoned) and i like to drink green tea because it makes me feel more alert but is low on caffeine so it doesnt get me wired or anything.

physical activity will do the same because youll get alot more oxygen to ur noggin and you will probably get an energery/ mood lift from it.
