Epidydimitus or Testicular cancer???

Okay so...I have a medical problem so of course my first instinct was "go ask people on a stoner message board" hahaha. So anyways...Last October I was in the midst of a very intense heroin addiction (which is no longer a problem by means of a few miracles). I am also severely manic depressive (bipolar I plus psychosis)...so after a pretty intense psychotic break I noticed pain in my testicles. This happens sometimes after a bout of psychosis..for instance once I thought I was lost in the wilderness and afterwards I had a sharp pain in my calf like my leg was broken.
But this pain didn't go away. I even threw up from it. After 4 doctors visits they finally diagnosed it as epidydimitus and said I had a cyst about 5mm around. I got Leviquin for two weeks and the pain seemed to subside, but I never went for another check up.
About 2 months ago I started to develop pain again, and when I checked my balls in the shower I had a lump about the size of a pea on the top of the left testicle. It's pretty much solid (as in not soft) and is a bit sensetive when I try and squeeze it.
They say on the net that an epidydimal cyst is usually soft and not connected and not painful. This one is somewhat painful, hard, and it seems connected to the testicle or possibly the epidydmus (spelling?).
Since they already found a cyst I imagine thats what it is, but I was never able to find it before.
And it's hard to tell if it's connected since the testicles don't really stay still.

Anyways...I'm gonna go to the doctor, but Its hard for me to get there since I dont have a car or money haha. Any lamen advise or info would be appreciated.

I know I need help. Im just saying....Im confused about what exactly it is.

The things that lead me to believe its a cyst are: It's painful, its on the top by the epidydmus.

And the reasons it leads me to believe that its a tumor are: Its hard not soft, and it seems like it COULD be attached to the testicle.

So its kinda 50/50...

Is this a serious question? There is something wrong with your balls clearly and any ER will accept and have to treat you.

Im not saying Im not going to the doctor. i have an appointment. Im just asking anyone who had it or knew someone who had it or has medical experience if they know which one it seems more like.
