I have to put up with this freaky (homoerotic?) obsession he has with me and I apologise for his intrusion into what had been becoming a very interesting discussion.

Verk has a family for sure.
I don't wish to get in the middle of this, but I can atleast add that tid bit to the catalyst of conclusions and assumptions.
I like reading both your posts.
You fellas play nice.
I hear both your concerns, but haven't observed either.
be well,

ugh i hate to bog this thread down further but look at the "interesting" discussion elicited by flappy's presence in kameelyun's police state thread, where 2 full pages of incessant blathering has ensued. why am i letting these people bother me so. . . i've been told that i may not actually exist, that i don't respect other peoples' opinions, that i don't think for myself, etc. it should roll off my back but the continual insistence defeats my usual sense at times. i at least remain pertinent to the thread or at least topics regarding the thread at all times, and i suppose it is too much to ask for even something resembling a discussion be had in a discussion forum.

I can't think of anything I hate. But if I could, I'd imagine I wouldn't waste my time doing it.
It's great, thank you.

I like what Sage Tree has to say. I've always tried to take the high road.

This is why my baby is not only not getting the H1N1 shot, but I am also not going to give her the MMR vaccine, which she would be due for in a few weeks. I am going to wait until she is older and her immune system is more mature. Why take the risk?? Why do we feel the need to fuck with the immune systems of our wee children?? That's what breastmilk is for!!! Granted I let her have the other shots so far, but the last ones made her really sick and that is it! No more!!

I don't think it's paranoia... It is a risk-benefit analysis in which potential risks are compared to potential gains. I get that you don't want to get sick, and I think vaccines have thier place for certain people, but I never get flu, I never get sick and niether does my baby so i figure why risk it?
It's worthwhile to read up on it because it's true that there is a lot of money to be made by the pharmacuetical industry in regards to this mass vaccination program. Recognizing that money is a huge factor in the public health protocols which our governments promote an adhere to is simply being truthful about the nature of the medical system in a capitalist system. To do otherwise would be foolish.
