2nd Grow Jamaican Bagseed w/PICS

1/8/07

Hey everyone its been a long time since I last posted but that was back when I was growing for the first time, turned out it was a he and I sadly had to chop him, only plus now is a new and bigger grow space!

Alright enough of that now onto what exactly I have in the pots. After coming across some of the best weed my friends and I have ever smoked, this Jamaican stuff, it was almost white with trichs, lots of red hairs and was deep green in color. The smoke tasted like grape bubblegum and bbq smoke, AMAZING stuff, anyway there happened to be some seeds, my lucky day. Now they are almost an inch tall, a little stretched under the cfl's but it'll have to do.

Soil: Organic something, not too strong nute wise
Lights: 4 100w equivalent cfl's daylight spectrum
dull side of tin foil out

Im thinking about trading the smaller, slower growing plants for these new skunk seeds im germing now, can anyone tell me the characteristics of skunk, indica, how fast it grows, yield etc. THANKS and enjoy.

Thanks man I will move them closer as soon as I figure out the current heat problem. I'm averaging temps of 85 F so when that lowers they'll go closer to the bulbs. I can't wait to see how they go either!!!!

I am just finishing up some lemon skunk (skunk #1 x citrus skunk), it is very branchy, dark green, and is finishing at about 3' high (it was put into flower 6 weeks after popping as a seed). Not a very large main cola but many smaller colas on each branch. Not sure if it could be SOG'ed into large cola producing plants (hopefully I will try that next). Very floral and sweet flavor/aroma, not stinky like a skunk at all. Very interesting high, very powerful, mostly cereberal, some body stone. It has been a very impressive plant to grow, my plan is to harvest on Friday. So far I'm liking the skunk. Good luck.

Lightwise, looks good.

But I don't see any ventilation? CFLs generate some heat, and no ventilation means it stays near the lights - where the plants are. Drill a 2" - 4" hole high & low and let convection do it, or mount a pair of PC case fans (recommended) for intake & exhaust.
