mmm they are definatly nitrogen deficient. It doesn't look excessivly dry there though going by the color of the surrounding foliage. Still, not bad plants all the same.
Lots of growers take alternative approachs and growing without any ferts can be a good especially if you have pretty good soil already and make up for the quantity per plant by many more plants. Instead of tending 20 plants well, they might plant one or two hundred and just leave them to do their thing...and they can do very well by themselves with no other intervention except for harvest. And thats where female seeds can come in handy...much easier to germ 100 females from seed than to manage momma's and take 100 clones which may or may not strike. ![]()
