That Bubba looks like the Kush we put outdo' (and everywhere) though we leave ours to go until it is a little fuller, though it does keep a large amount of unripened calyx nonetheless....

^ It's simply where the cola hasn't filled out, I'm guessing this was a lower bud. I don't remember though, we get bags full of these popcorn buds at the end of the summer season, the British weather isn't quite up to it for many strains so you pull them earlier than I'd like and I don't get to leave any unfinished lower regions to finish after the first harvest which I find invaluable on larger outdoor plants where full canopy penetration isn't always possible.

Personally I love the rusty hews of cold weather hit oudoor but many like there weed dayglo.

funny you should say that.... this is one of the first outdoor kushes i've seen in a while. most of the good kush here is low-yield indoor type shit, but every once in a while you get some good Humboldt County outdoor kush.

about the unripened calyxes.... i actually like the cabbage-like appearance of these nugs. Kind of sinister looking. Or maybe that's just the weed talking.

colloquial. i've heard of the strain called Chronic, but never seen it.

around here, we have 5 different levels of bud:

(from best to worst)

1. Namebrand
2. Kush
3. Chronic
4. Mids
5. Stress/Schwag

-the 'namebrand' is pretty much any strain whose identity we are sure of, i.e. OG Kush, NYC Diesel, Purple Nurple, etc....

-the 'kush' is just that.... any kind of kush that can't be identified, but is still dank as shit

-the 'chronic' is just about everything else worth smoking. it ranges in quality, but in order to be classified as "chronic", you should be able to get faded off a bowl or less.

-'mids': doesn't taste QUITE like dirt, but it definitely isn't a pleasant smoke. one would usually need at least a gram of mids to get faded.

-'stress/schwag' is the lowest of the low. It sells for about $30 per ounce, and you'd probably need to smoke that whole ounce to get a good high.

Here's a nug that i keefed up, the sticky fingers, and the final product from a lil nug(going o make some oil later). Oh'yeh and the close up. Well thats all the pics from these nugs.

My friend came by w/ this kush and traded me an eighth of it for 5 grams of my chronic.

I think i got the better end of the trade.... what do you think?

dont no the strain but it was orange i got 1/8 of it i have never seen any thing like it around my parts so i payed alil higher for it but it was so good it was gone before i remembered this thread gave a alomst pycodelic effect almmost like an acid/shrooms deal

im looking for a pic of it so i can show you guys wht it looked like i got this of the net but this s what it looked like a lil les color tho.......
