Dark doesn't have a speed. Dark is not a force, not a wave, not anything. Dark does not exist, all that exists is light and lack of light.

dark is undefined, so the speed of dark is undefined.

So dark is "potential" for light, which is defined.

which makes this world a whole lot more acceptable for my tastes now that I've said that to myself.

I guess the speed of dark would be the speed of light.

Look at the yin/yang and imagine it spinning as if the light was chasing away the dark.

Thats kind of how I see it.

I guess we could say that the speed of dark is equal to the rate at which the universe is expanding. I'm not even going to pretend, though, that this really answers the OP's question or that dark matter/dark energy is beyond doubt.

Antiparticles (antimatter would be made up of these) are associated to normal particles, are of the same mass, and oppositely charged.

Darkness on the other hand is a different beast. Darkness has no existence in the sense that, as stated earlier, we cannot transmit darkness, we cannot contain darkness. Darkness is what we experience when there is an absence of light to stimulate our eyes.
