Ah ha! I just figured out there are different moderators in each forum! I know this isn't a higher thought but I felt like such a detective when I did. Just sharing..

I'm new to this thing we call Yahooka. I've sent you a couple of messages today, which could be construed as stalking. But you were so nice to welcome me and I really need help navigating the maze. Yes, smoking will mess with your short term memory, and I do and say bone-head things and can't seem to concentrate on the simple tasks. I've never been in a chat room before, much less a HEAD chat room, in the day we called ourselves Heads. Who and how do I talk to people. Some intrigue me, but curiosity did indeed kill the cat.

Oh gosh honestly, I'm the wrong person to ask. I'm here very randomly. I usually come because I have a question then feel like I should at least try to return the favor. Then I get distracted with facebook or something. I don't think I have any messages btw.

I confess to having a short attention span myself. I don't get the thread thing. It seems so slow, and its the getting back into my e-mail to answer that's giving me the hives.

Hahaha, it isn't all that confusing. And I guess if your both confused, then you guys should keep in touch with each other, until you get the hang of it. In essence what you do on Yahooka is talk to other yahookans. Find a thread that looks interesting read it, then post your reply(or don't if you have nothing to say/add). FFA however... Is a different story. But you can worry about that in a month or so haha.

Oh no I get the whole reading the posts you like and reply if you want to. I'm confused because of the stalker comment and the multiple messages... I honestly don't have any.

this could be part of your problem why ya gotta be getting back into your email?? ya just type the address in your browser and ya dont hvae to click the links in your email. thats if your talking about email notifcations of replies?? youll get the hang out it. if ya want to see if your posts were replied to click user cp in upper left of blue bar up top. no need to be getting into email at all.

On the top right, under your user-name it should say "private messages" in a hyperlink. Click it, it will display your PM/Private Message Inbox.
