I dont think dey do because nothing can make u do anything. Anything u do iz by choice. Juz because u had gotten raped doesn't mean dat u have 2 became a cracked out prostitute, if anything that should make u want 2 do better in ur life.

Trauma isn't a sole cause of mental illness (or self-destructive behavior) but there is definitely a relationship there.
