what is your definition of charisma?
i find the topic of it interesting, an "unknown" trait that has such potential.

I don't know if I can actually define it, but I sure know it when I see it.

For example, to me Bill Clinton had a magnetic personality (and still does). Something about him just really gets me going, and I believe that he felt my pain.

It's like you would follow that person into a burning building. I don't know how else to quantify charisma, but I know that I don't have nearly enough of it.

magnetic is a good word for it. people want to listen, follow; a natural "leader" if you will.

i think charisma has to do with a persons ability to relate to others and express themselves. people that are good at this are said to be charismatic, as opposed to people that seem distant and or cold.

One commonality of charisma, I think, is a smile. I've gotten most of my jobs because the interviewer liked my smile.
