Never been caught, came real fuckin close once.

2 in the morning, I'm high as fuck, outside in my neighbors' neighbors' backyard. (Two houses down) cause I was afraid to smoke in my backyard.

Well their property is connected to a colleges property and I guess someone saw me and was worried, cause I was just standin there.
And had been for like 20 minutes.

I light up a ciggarette when all of a sudden 4 cops come up out of nowhere.

I think they were worried cause I'm HUGE 6' 2; 335lbs; and I was wearing my hoody with the hood up. All scary like.

And I'm talkin my ass off makin up fake names "No sir I don't have any ID"

The only reason I was worried was cause I had my $60 custom bowl on me cause I can't roll for shit.

So I'm visibly high as fuck and they let me go home.

Honest to god I thought the cops were following me for like the next 3 days.


Good times.

I now smoke in my garage.

ive been pulled over for exhibition of speed, i had a half O of so bomb ass romulan and like an 8er of hash and i flipped out my canni card got to keep it all, but got a ticket for exhibition of speed(gettin sideways)

I got caught with "up to a 1/2 OZ" and a pipe. The pipe charge was dropped If I pled guilty to the possession. It was my first charge w/ drugs. I had to hire a lawyer and I went with the cheapest one available because I didn't have much money to fork out. That was 550. I had to take substance abuse classes which was 350. I had to pay a community service fee of 200. I had to pay a fine of 100. I would have had to pay probation fees but luckily they waived those.

550+350+200+100 = 1200 bucks



I got caught with a little more than a dime bag btw.

I'm smart enough and have been lucky enough never to have been caught. I still have and use the same bowl I bought when I was 17 (as opposed to it being confiscated). I', 37 now, if that says anything.

couple of times, by the highway patrol men another time by the university of kansas policemen, first time paid fines nothing else happened... second time, caught with 3 sacks all weighed out to 3.5 half a pint of whiskey and some papers all in my jacket.... but all shit dropped cause illegal seach and seizure (sq?) can't search me for no reason if i say you can't search me..

yes! i was caught with 24oz of marijauna. witch my friend just baught for 5985 dollers. i got caught smoking in school with my friend. we were both high so we got lots of charges.
he got in more trouble because he bought it for me for my birthday and he had smoked 6 grams befor we got caught. i was arrested for 3 years and he has 4 more to go.
one thing when you smoke be smart about wat could happen

I got busted by my dad with an oz he found in my car. Dumped the entire bag out on the side of the road. I only paid $20 for it so no biggie.

Caught by my parents when I was 15. It was 1 in the morning and my dad woke, I had just blazed a bowl and had a couple xanax on my dresser. I got scared as shit and stashed my bong and ate the xanax. There was no smell, but when I opened the door...I had forgot I had a bowl broke up on my computer table. He took the bowl and told me not to be smoking anymore..that was it. Only time I have ever been caught. That xanax kicked my ass tho.

i've been caught a few times...
first was by the parents. i was 15, and they went through my shit and found a damn roach. i got busted off a fucking roach...whatever. after that i didn't have to hide my cig habit anymore, but i did have to hide the tweeds better after that.

second by my employer. i was an outside sales agent and drove around alot, and smoked as i did. i left some weed on the floor of the van, and they confronted me about it. i told the truth, and i did not get fired. (my boss was a huge smoker, too)

One time when I was 18. It was just an unlucky day for me.

My two friends,one of them being more or less a complete idiot, come and pick me up at my old house, as soon as I go outside and get in the car, a cop car drives down my street. Nothing too unusual, even though I lived on a side street and didn't usually see cops I did see them occasionaly.

They lived just a few streets over in the next neighborhood, so we headed that way to go to the gas station to pick up a blunt shell. Meanwhile we are smoking a pretty fat joint. I am in the back seat.

So we get to the gas station, right next door there is a cop parked at the carwash, just chillin there. My friend who is driving the car goes inside to buy the blunt. My other friend and I were smoking the joint when we pulled up, and apparently some guy on his way out of the gas station saw us and started walking in the direction of the cop. We put the joint out. My friend is taking forever to get in and out, and when he comes out we yell at him to get the fuck out of here, there's a cop just over there. He sees the cop and starts to panic.

He pulls outta the parking lot in a hurry and turns back into the neighborhood, then he runs a stop sign turning onto the next street. There is a fucking third cop driving down the street right in front of us. He turns his lights on and pulls us over. The officer takes a minute to get out of his squad car. Meantime, my dumbass friend is FREAKING out, he's close to tears and saying "We're gonna go to jail, we're so fucked." Apparently he had a decent amount of blow on him, quarter ounce maybe I don't remember. Other friend had a lot of different kinds of pills, xanax and vicodin probably. I didn't know about it up untill now.

So yeah he is freaking out and we're trying to get him to shut up and calm down, fatass bastard is like a 300 lb grown man and he is about to shit his pants in fear because we got pulled over. We tell him to just shut the fuck up and play it cool, just hand over the doobie and we'll be alright. I had thrown the doobie onto the floor of the car. So the cop finally comes up to the car after what seemed like 20 minutes and asks if we know why he pulled us over. My friend didn't even know he had ran the stop sign, he had just panicked when he saw the other cop.

Then the cop asks who's got the marijuana, he could smell it. So without hesitation, not wanting to risk my buddies gettin busted, I grabbed the joint off the car floor and handed it to the cop. He asked if that's all there was, my friend, playing it smart, went through the ashtray and handed him the roaches that were in there. So he writes my friend a ticket for running the stop sign and he writes me a citation for smoking the joint. Just me. Other friend got off scot free. He did chip in to help me pay the ticket though.

So a few weeks later I just go down town to the municipal court and pay a $100 fine. That was the end of that story. If it had happened a county over, it would have been worse. We probably would have got busted. But thank god we were in the right county because they have real problems to take care of. Can't sit for an hour and bust some young stoners while on the other side of town people are getting robbed and shot.

I looked up my name online in the court records, thinking I would have a criminal record now because of it, but I didn't find anything. So yeah it could have been a lot worse.

That is the only time I've been caught. I've been a little more careful since then. I should have been caught many more times before that but I have always managed to get away somehow. Can't win em all though.
